Working with the more exclusive feeling these apartments sit on the second floor of only four apartments with a shared lift and open deck access area to the entrances of each apartment.

As you enter the apartment you are greeted with a long entrance hall looking all the way out to the balcony. Working with the space, the bedrooms are situated towards the back in order make the most of the views to the front of the building.

The apartment provides ample living/dining space which makes it the perfect space for a couple or lock up and leave home. Making use of the space, the large open plan area provides a comfortable feel, with the kitchen providing ample storage space as well as all the much need appliances for any occasion. The added unique extra of the suitably sized laundry room provides functionality for the homeowner, something not many apartments provide.
